Rabia offers one on one executive mentoring with leaders managing change programs or culture initiatives, as well as those looking to acquire the skills to become more impactful and powerful speakers and story tellers for change.
The mentoring and leadership coaching that Rabia offers leaders focuses on two main programmes:
Managing and impacting change, and mobilising others to perform and be their best selves - individually and as a team.
Identifying and using story telling and presenting to inspire others, build trust and establish credibility.
Rabia offers an initial package of six, one-hour mentoring sessions to be taken over 3, 6 or 12 months, and is happy to discuss any additional mentoring requirement beyond that.
